Sura 20 Taha

TAHA

8. Allah, there is not God but He. Most Beautiful Names belong to Him.

9. God Asked the Prophet if he had heard the story of Moses.

10. God Said that Moses saw a fire and he told his family to wait for him because he wanted to get some burning brand from therefrom.

11. But when he came to the fire Voice Was Heard: " O Moses!

12. "Verily I am thy Lord"

14. Verily I am God, There is no God but I. So serve Me, Establish regular prayer for celebrating My Praise.

19. God Commanded Moses to throw his rod

20. And the rod became a big snake, active in motion.

24. God Asked Moses to go to Pharaoh because he had indeed transgressed all bounds.

66. Moses asked the magicians of Pharaoh to throw first their rod and their ropes

69. God Told Moses that the rod of Moses would become a big snake and swallow up that which they have faked.

70. So the magicians throw down to prostration they said: " We believe in the Lord of Aaron and Moses. "
